Getting to the Quest Start

The quest begins west of the Mountain Camp entrance, east of Rellekka. Travel options include:

· Slayer Ring to the Fremennik Slayer Dungeon, then run north

· Fairy Ring AJR (requires Fairy Tale II partial completion)

· House teleport if your house is located in Rellekka (requires 30 Construction)

· Camelot teleport and a long northeast run (Agility 48 makes this shorter via a log balance shortcut)

Once you arrive, speak to Hamal the Chieftain in the large tent east of the entrance. Ask about the hostility, then accept the quest.

Part 1: Meeting the Spirit

1. Collect mud from the bubbling mud south of Hamal’s tent.

2. Go north to the goat pen and pick up a pole.

3. Head west along the water to a tall tree. Use the mud on it, then climb.

4. Use the pole on rocks to vault north, then the plank on a stone to cross east.

5. Listen to the shining pool to meet the spirit of Hamal’s daughter. She tasks you with several objectives.

Part 2: Negotiations

1. Return to Hamal and exhaust dialogue about Rellekka and food supplies.

2. Speak to Jokul in the goat pen about food.

3. Climb the rock slide west of camp. Locate Svidi roaming east of Rellekka. Persuade him to enter camp if you can guarantee safety.

4. Head into Rellekka and speak to Brundt the Chieftain in the long hall. He agrees if the stolen rock is returned.

Part 3: Recovering the Rock

1. Return to camp, enter the southern tent, and mine the Ancient Rock with your pickaxe to get half a rock.

2. Travel to White Wolf Mountain:

o Best option: Ring of dueling → Al Kharid → Gnome glider to Ta Quir Priw (requires The Grand Tree)

o Alternative: Camelot teleport, then run west and south.

3. With leather gloves equipped, pick from thorny bushes south of the glider to obtain a White Pearl, then eat it for a seed.

Bring the rock half back to Brundt, who provides a safety guarantee. Deliver it to Svidi east of Rellekka.

Part 4: Confronting the Kendall

1. Return to Hamal and continue dialogue.

2. Go back to the shining pool. The spirit asks you to prove her death.

3. Instead of returning normally, jump across the plank to fall into the water, then run east to a blocked cave. Chop the dead trees and enter.

4. Inside, meet the Kendal, a level 70 bear-like foe. Safe spot him near skeletons in the southwest if needed. Kill him to receive the bearhead and collect the nearby corpse.

Part 5: Burial and Completion

1. Return the corpse to Hamal. Convince him the Kendal is not a god and agree to bury his daughter.

2. Collect five muddy rocks from the goat pen.

3. Speak to Ragnar near the lake west of the tall tree to receive a necklace.

4. Cross back to the island via the tall tree, pole vault, and plank.

5. Bury the corpse east of the pool and cover it with a muddy rock.

6. Quest complete! You’ll receive:

· 2,000 Prayer XP

· 1,000 Attack XP

· Bearhead helmet

· Rock slide access to Mountain Camp

· 2 Quest Points
